Tagaytay | Puzzle Mansion

2014 hasn't ended yet and so I grabbed the remaining free time to get outside and visit some place cool.

Where to? The Puzzle Mansion!

The puzzle mansion is owned by the hobbyist and entrepreneur, the late Ms. Georgina Gil-Lacuna. She remains as the Guinness World Record title holder of having the most number of puzzle pieces.

The steep road to the mansion

With an entrance fee of only P100, you can enjoy the tour inside the museum and learn some facts about jigsaw puzzles.

The entire first floor is filled with loads of finished and framed jigsaw puzzles, in different kinds, in different sizes, from wood puzzles to crystal puzzles, from 2D to 3D, and even 4D!

Puzzles are everywhere! This is definitely something to be envied by puzzle lovers.

At the second floor is where the world's biggest puzzle can be found, the Keith Haring Double Retrospect.

Obligatory tour-ista shot! :p

It started as a hobby and one day it turned out to be part of the Guinness World Book of Records, nakakaproud maging PinoyI couldn't imagine myself having the passion to do what Ms. Gina did, she had all the patience and hard work to finish all these puzzle pieces, making her deserving of the title. The visit to the museum was a unique experience. The long drive to the Puzzle Mansion in Tagaytay is worth it and a must see especially for puzzle lovers.
