The celebration of TOMS' One Day Without Shoes is a global movement to promote awareness on children's health and education. Since the first time I heard of it, I have always wanted to be a part of this global event. And last 16th of April 2013, I was able to fulfill this little desire.
TOMS' 6th Annual One Day Without Shoes movement was held in Alabang Town Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa last April 16, 2013. The particular event is geared towards raising awareness of the poor Filipino children's health as they struggle with the high risk of getting infections and diseases by walking barefoot everyday.
